Who we are. DokrAI, Sofia, Bulgaria, is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us through the contact form on this website.

What we collect. Only what you send us with the contact form: your name, e-mail address, company (optional) and message, plus the date and your IP address to prevent abuse.

Why. To answer your enquiry or access request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.

How long. Messages are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless a contract requires longer.

Who processes it for us. Hetzner Online GmbH (hosting, Germany), Cloudflare, Inc. (security and network) and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France; sending e-mail). All of them process data under data-processing agreements.

Cookies. This website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work (session and form security). No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing, and complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that messages are sent by people, not bots. For this purpose only, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information, without advertising cookies.

Analytics cookies. Only if you accept them in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see how visitors use this website: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you arrived. The cookies (_ga, ga*) are kept for up to 2 years. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
